Default Generic icons in Network Neighborhood

My Network Neighborhood is populated with generic icons. They do not respond when clicked on. How do I fix this?

Post a screenshot so we have a better idea. Take a screenshot with the PrntScrn button located above the Delete key. Open Paint (Start>Accessories>Paint) and Ctrl+V once Paint is opened. From there save the file and then upload it to Imageshack.us or Photobucket.

PS. Sorry if you know how to take a screenshot and know how to upload it. Some people dont so i just put in how to do it for those that dont. It isnt meant to be insulting if you know how.
