go to url its how my activity looks please help it onyl sends signal but doesnt recieve

try run spyware and virus scans

When you are on the internet can you surf or no ? Can you connect at all ? I know that 169 (first three numbers of the IP address) is not a valid IP address. It should be more around 192. Do you have SP2 ? (service pack 2) ?

That's the default windows IP adress when it cant get one.

You are having problems connecting to your router

DJ-CHRIS is right. You need to check the cable, probably reinstall the NIC driver. Try setting a static IP, if you know the numbers.
