I am browsing net a while ago. Suddenly my dlink lights are off and stopped working. I connected it to my desktop thru ethernet cable and to my laptop(thru wireless).

What are possible reasons for this?

Power faulire in the router? Check all connections, unplug everything and then plug it all back in. Check different power outlets. Could be the little power supply for the router has died. If you have another with the same voltage specs try it and see.
