Default detection of computer abuse

Hi there,

I'm a newbie here. I want to ask about how to detect people that make a computer abuse such as porn site, hacking etc. At my office, my friends got blamed because of what they didn't do. Someone use their staff id and they got blamed.
Can u help me?

You could see when the log in time was and correlate that with if they were at the desk or not. You can also get some monitoring software, however you would probably get fired once the system admins found out what you've done. A big no no on a computer that is no yours.
