Default Connect to one node?

Ok, this question is really out of the ordinarry, and I don't even know if this is possible. I host an Apache sever off of my desktop computer. I have a laptop also. My upload speed is about 50 KB/s. I wanted to know if there was a way to hook up my laptop and desktop so that my upload speed would double. Meaning, my laptop and desktop would send out the same file at the same time, doubling the upload speed. Like I said, I don't even know if this is possible, but I guess it's called sharing nodes or something like that. If ANYONE has any suggestions, please tell me, or has an answer, feel free to post.

Thanks a lot!!

I've never heard of that and I'd be very surprised if it was possible. Your upload speed is determined by your bandwidth, not the way in which you upload the file.

Yeah, I know that. But if I have two computers send the same file over, it will be 2x the speed. Know what I mean?

There's nothing much you can do if your upload speed is 50KB/s, this speed is determined from your ISP connection. Two computer uploading at the same time on a single internet connection is actually going to make it slower.

BearShare is an example of what you are talking about but it require more than one single connect. You are downloading a single file off maybe 10 or more different people, You get a certain byte of file from one person and another byte of file from the others simultaneously and so on, than bearshare puts it together for you. This boost your download speed because you do not have to download off a single person who upload speed may be slow.
