depends if you want a 568a or 568b...

w/g - g - w/o - bl - w/bl - o - w/br - br

It doesn't matter which one you use T568A or T568B as long as both end are the same color scheme, but T568B seem to be the most common now.

That one above is T568A, below is T568B

w/orange - orange - w/green - blue - w/blue - green - w/brown - brown.

If you mix T568A and T568B, it's a cross-over cable.
