| Well, are you typing in a description in the description box above the address? A second thought... Have you tried just placing a 3 in each box? It appears that it may be assuming the first three octets of the IP address (192.168.2) and it's asking you for a range of numbers for the last octet. So, if you had 5 children that you wanted to do this for and their IP addresses were (192.168.2.3, 192.168.2.4, 192.168.2.5, 192.168.2.6, 192.168.2.7) you could type in "3" in the first box and "7" in the second box and it would block everything in between. I have no idea what device this is and my guess is most likely wrong due to the context of the error.... but it's a second thought.... Anyway, try placing a good description into the PC Description box like "Danny" or whatever his name is Hope that helps a little

| MikesGroovin has the correct. You must enter a description "Kids PCs" for example, and then the other two numbers are the range of IPs that are to be blocked using only the last octet of the IP. So 192.168.2.2 only would be 2 and 2. 192.168.2.2 to 192.168.2.7 would be 2 and 7. |
