Cisco AP roaming problem

I am experiencing a AP roaming problem.
I used 1 Cisco Wireless LAN Controller with 6 Cisco Aironet 1231. Firstly, I tried to add the WPA+802.1X as the security protection. I found laptops couldn't roam between APs fluently. It could not connect to the AP which is the closest to. The laptop sticks to an AP which is far away from. It leads the laptop disconnect from the WLAN. I must re-connect the WLAN to take it effect again.
Then, I closed all security feature and create a totally clean WLAN environment. It becomes better but sometime I still encounter the same problem.

Is there any experts here could help me? It's very urgent. Thanks.

PS: My mother language isn't English. So, maybe there are some mistakes in my word. please take it for consideration.
