I'm abroad at the moment and need to access some uk live streaming. Does anyone know of a way to make my laptop look like its coming from the uk?

Proxy application or server. Typically these free anonymous proxy server that you see listed on the Internet come from different part of the continent, so just find one on google.com thats from the UK. Enter the information in your browser. They only support anonymous web browsing and nothing else.
