Your router is assigning addresses in the 192.168.X.1 range, or 192.168.1.X range??

verify subnet masks....
If it is 192.168.X.1 - subnet mask should be 255.255.0.0
If it is 192.168.1.X - subnet mask should be 255.255.255.0

Can you post up the IP & subnet mask for the following?
&nbsp&nbsp&nbspRouter
&nbsp&nbsp&nbspPC
&nbsp&nbsp&nbsplaptop

Also, as Csamuels asked above, try this:
open a command prompt (START > RUN > type 'CMD')

&nbsp&nbsp&nbspping yahoo.com
&nbsp&nbsp&nbspping 66.94.234.13
&nbsp&nbsp&nbspping 216.109.112.135

run those 3 pings, and post the results.
