Angry Can you set up Remote-to-Local Printing In Windows 2000/2003 server?

I need to give access to a PC to 2 users in different locations. I have tried using Logmein and it work well. It gave the users access to the machine but they could not print from there own printers. The company would have to pay 99 dollars a year which is not feasable since the boss does not want to spend any money on this. So my questions is is there a way to set it up using out Windows 2000 or 2003 server at out location and what are the steps to get it done. If any one could give me some advice on this I would really appreciate it thanks.
