go in and get rid of it by hand. Sometimes it locks if you have alot of pics and html cached. so get rid of it by chunks. I suggest that you get Firefox. You can look at all of the porn you want without worrying about spyware, also you can configure it to not save any history, cookies, or cache.

START>RUN

C:\Documents And Settings\"UserName"\Local Settings

Open History and select all of the history and delete it.

Go back to the Local Settings and open the Temporary Internet Files. Delete them. If you have alot of files cached, get rid of them in chunks.

Thanks for the advice guys but nothing seems to have worked. Uzi - i did what you said but i had nothing in my history or temp folders.
appleby- thought you might have it but....nope nothing.
Dj-Chris - did the Erase Tracks in the microsoft spyware beta and still nothing.
WTF is going on? before all i had to do is go into properties when in I.E and clear it all. now that does nothing except losing my passwords and such. I still go into type a address and i go and type in www.s (as soon as i type s i get a list of about 10 porn sites) JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SO ****ED OFF.......now my girlfriend thinks i just don't care and that i purposely leave it on my machine(even thought i've tried getting rid of it for the past 2 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only thing i can think of is a google search bar appeared in my internet explorer about a week ago (not sure how it got there but i like the convenience) would that be stopping me from erasing my history? BTW - i already erased the google toolbar history.

I was on the micrsoft website and i found this -

If the cached addresses are still listed in the Address box in Internet Explorer, use the following steps: 1. Quit Internet Explorer.
2. Delete all of the values except for the (Default) value from the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs

NOTE: Values in this registry key are listed as Url1, Url2, Url3, and so on. If you delete only some values and the remaining values are not in consecutive numerical order, only some of the remaining entries are listed in the Address box. To prevent this behavior from occurring, rename the remaining values so that they are in consecutive numerical order.

So what are they asking me to do? What a MAJOR **** off this is!!! Please HELP!!!! S.O.S S.O.S S.O.S S.O.S
