Default Can I have a wired 10/100 card and a wireless card on the same Computer

Is it possible to have a wired internet card and a wireless internet card on the same computer so that I can move it from a wirless situation to a wired one? I have windows xp.

Also, I have a wireless B router, I know that G is faster, but does G have better signal strength over longer distances and through walls? Which router is best for that?

Yes, you can. And no G does not have better signal strength.
