| Hey... At school, we have over 300 computers and each student has his own User Name and Password. He can login to his account from anywhere; the lab, the library.... I was wondering if this is possible to establish it home if I have these several PCs connected together (network) Is it possible for me, for example. to login to my user name from any computer...? Or does this need a server? Thanx

| I dont know of a way to do this, unless all computers are part of a domain. Basically, all your computers have local accounts, so they are all individually managed. You would need one computer to act as a domain controller, and it would be the central location for user accounts. |
