Can connect but cant access(netdc.dll missing)

hi

i am now at my friends home and my PC has many important files and i dont want to lose them.

I have the internet problem i can connect with my dail-up connection but when i try to go to websites, i cant not even one.
There is a file missing in my system32 folder of windows Xp home-edition some sorts of anti-virus file "netdc.dll" and "ntdll.dll"

You can download any dll files that you may need for your OS by visiting www.dll-files.com
