| Ur lan is working but not the WAN, you are probably loosing the signal somewhere in the network configuration. Make sure they have the wan port conencted to modem or w/e they use. and then to all the respective pcs. Also make sure the DNS server is working, and that you do have an IP, unless you define it yourself.
