Default Cable run

I am doing a cable run in the basement. I can stay away from the electric runs side by side but at 1 or 2 points my RJ-45 cable will cross . Is this going to be a problem or will it be ok?

just make sure they don't run along with them
if your just crossing this should me fine. I haven't had any problems do that.

it's almost impossble to get it 100% perfect .
I have done a few jobs where I couldn't get around it fishing line is hard enough with out drop ceilings.
