Default Blocking Domain Accounts on Local Machine

I work at a school that has an Active directory set-up, and we have a student account setup for all of the students to use. I was wondering if there is a way to block a domain account from logging ontocertain machines, ex an Administrators computer.

Sure, it's under the local policies of the computer on the domain that you want to block from. Just look under Administrative Tools > Local Secuity Policy. You'll find what you are looking for there.
