Blocked port workaround..
the computer im on at the moment has port 3000 blocked. is there a way around it so i can connect to 3000?

not being nosy bat what are you trying to do that uses port 3000, and have you tried using a SSH?

best bet is to have the network admin unblock that port for you....

BitTorrent: Bypass any Firewall or Throttling ISP with SSH | TorrentFreak
Here is a link on how to set up SSH it works for bittorent so it MAY work for you depending on what your doing
