Default Block Specific Websites For Specific PC

Hi There,

I have learnt how to block websites using my router under a 'parental control' tab (DSL-G604T Generation II). I was wondering if it was possible to block a website on one computer on my network, while being able to access it on another computer on my network?

Thanks for any help
