Bellsouth internet problem

Between 8-10pm my connection drops to 400kbs and ping goes as high as 200
In any other time is 2MB perfect. Any idea on that
Using fiber line from bellsouth

It sounds as if they are throttling it. I would contact them and ask them if the service is throttled at that time for upgrades or updates or something.
