Belkin Wireless G Destop Card Problem - Dropping Internet Connection

I have an eMachines T3116 desktop with a Belkin wireless G deskop card (model F5D7001) and a D-Link router. Need to reboot the computer every half hour since I lose Internet connection.

Also, My signal strength jumps around from "low" to "very good"

Also, I am unable to "reboot" the computer from Start, so I am forced to hold down the button on the CPU untill it shuts off.

Pls help me fix these problems.
