| Retired. | Ive been fine for a while until recently when my connections started to crap out. The Belkin F5D7230-4 router seems to be filtering out all my connections. When I check the Security Log, it blocks a connection every second by DoS protection. The ip's are usually the second and third ones that comes out from "tracert" on websites like google.com. I figure if the router blocks the ip's, then the connections don't get through and I lag. Sometimes, my internet just freezes and I have to disable and reenable my network connection to get it to you. Does anybody know whats wrong and have any recommendations. |

| If it was working correctly before, my first thought would be to suggest restoring factory defaults on the router. You've already stated that turning off the firewall on the router didn't help. So it could just need a reset.
