Default authenticate timeout

in winXP pro if a user opens a folder on the network after say 10 minutes of being idle what is the feature that requires them to relogin with username/ pass if they want to access the folder again? and where do i go to set these properties?

I'm sure of where this policy is in 2000 and 2003 server but I don't think XP pro has it....
