Default Any free packet scanner?

I would like to scan the packets coming at my FTP server. I see many people love to get in my FTP server, Is there anything so that I can scan the packets coming and I can kick their *** If I want to?

PS: DO not remind me for firewall

X-Netstat gives a visual overview of all the connections to/from your computer and allows you to kill any connection at the click of the mouse. There's a 15 day trial version available, but the full version costs $35.

Yeah rajunpl it's called setup basic authentication on your
IIS server and just email the username and password to
people you want accessing your box.
