Default allow a particular port in Sygate

Hi, I am a new Sygate user.
Currently, I want to download a MP3 using a P2P software, but
the software needs to open a specific port for connection.

I have added this port number in the exception list of my XP firewall, but the program still isn't able to connect to the server.

I think it must be blocked by my Sygate.
Could any Sygate expert here tell me how to allow a particular port in Sygate?

It's more likely that Sygate is blocking the application and not the port (although this is a possibility too). Make sure your P2P is in the "allowed" list.
