I doubt if it has been asked in past, but guyz can we juz share all about wifi here, i mean from a to z everything juz here.. I know a bit a very bit of WiFi thing.. can we guyz juz extend our mind more on it ?
What i know is that, to share data or internet, we can have a wifi access point setup at our place and can make login or wep keys to access that thing..
hmmm.. now suppose i have got two laptops which got inbuilt wifi cards.. so can these two share files with each other without access point juz like bluetooth ?
If no then can anyone tell me do i need to put any ethernet cable from first lappy to the wifi access point,so that second can share wirelessly, only the files i m talking about.. hmmm.. or what is the process for that?
Another thing, how many laptops + Pcs can access one wifi access point ? what are its limitations? disadvantages? Do a Glass door produces a hidrance in WiFi signal ? i hope a brick wall surely does..
what are the DOs and DONTs of setting up a WAN..
i guess this is enough for me to start this discussion and this is all i need to know
