Default (advanced) networking for home LAN, will this work?

What I have in red is what I have now, with a Linksys WAG354G and the nodes connected to the other router being connected wirelessly to the WAG as well.

What I want to do is order the 8IP address range. A problem occurs when you have more than 5 devices that need the internet. I currently have 6 along with others on a temporary basis and will probably expand in the future too.

I don't need or want wireless devices on a external IP. I would like their IP addresses assigned dynamically too so will require a DHCP server (from the router.)

Before I order the IP addresses, will this work?

Looks like you just have to configure your interfaces with the different IP schemes.
