I have setup port forwarding on my router. It works fine. My problem is i cannot run remote desktop and my apache webserver.

If i disable IIS then apache works so probably both are using same port. Is there any way i can assign one service to another port?

Yes which ever one you would like to use as the default port 80, so if you're running your web site on apache, leave it at port 80, if you are running the web based RDC, change IIS to port 8080. You'll find the configuration in control panel>administrative tools>IIS I think.

Apache can be change through the httpd.conf file, then restarting the service.
