403 Error

Hey i belong to a gaming clan and we have a website. When ever i go to the site i get a 403 error, i used to be able to view it fine. Their is no passsword or id required to get on to the site. At first i thought it was to do with all my cookies but i dont think its that cos i still get the problem after i have deleted all my cookies. Im not directoy browsing(i think). I have read a few articles about it like this one.

BTW other members of the clan are getting the same problem but not all of them.

Are you trying to view it from home?

If so, open a command prompt and type the following:

ipconfig /flushdns

After that, see if you can ping the website.

I can not access this website either. I can not ping it as well. Seems like a host issues.

Alright next time i have problems ill try Elbatrops suggestion but it could be something to do with the host as other clan members cant get in either.

Nah i can get on it . An when i cant get on it i talk to other clan members at the same time and they can get on it. GRRR! So is it something to do with the site has been made. Is their some errors?
What should i do? Tell the leader of the clan(he manages site)?
