Default 1 Phoneline - 2 ISP Connections? HELP!

Hi all,

I live in a shared house with one phoneline which is currently linked to an ISP that my housemate uses. I have a laptop and want to use the Internet on my coomputer but believe I cannot connec to a seperate ISP through the same phone line.

What are my options? I think I am going to have to use his connection on my computer but what are my options for doing this? Also what sort of cost would we both be looking at?

Any help would be much appreciated

Cheers

Dave

Either get another phone line so you can have your own connection or just get a router to share the connection.

You can get a decent router for about $50
