Well, I used to use DSL, which is a knock-off of Knoppix with a lot of features taken out to save space.
Switched to mandrake, which is a little bit more archaic with only the mini install, especially if you have to figure out depencies.
Last Night, I downloaded the 3 CD-set, and what a difference in usability. I would have stayed with Debian, but my friend wanted it, and it probably wouldn't have happened if I hadn't put it on.
What limits it a lot in terms of what i can get from the inet is the fact that I'm behind the college proxy. So no APT-GET for me.
