I installed ATI's driver using their .run file, and it didn't work. I then used Synaptic to install fglrx again from the repositories, but it still wasn't working because of the other install. I now can't use my Xgl or GNOME session because of this error:

Where is the file where it's trying to open /etc/ati/ati-fglrx.sh? I didn't need this file with the normal fglrx drivers, and the installer put it there and I can't get rid of it.
