I like Gnome for its simplicity and power. The ui is better designed, it seems to be faster, and it is slimmer. I used to be a Kde user.

I will check out Kde 4 though. That might be a lot better if they are trying to cut down Kde's fat and make it more functional.

i've been a gnome guy forever and with the new version of xorg (which supports transparency) and gdesklets, you can pretty much do whatever you want to make it kde-ish....plus gnome does load faster and i don't have as many errors..

This is a good one too; when the maker is calling GNOME developers "nazis", something is terribly wrong...
