Default What Version of Linux do I need?

I have an old computer. 400mhz AMD K6-2 Processor, 128 mb ram.

What version of Linux do you recommend? Also where can I get it?

Any of them will work.

http://www.slackware.com

Even a fairly resource hungry GUI like KDE will run on that,You wont be able to watch DVD's w/o some choppiness but everything else should work.
