horndude Master Techie Join Date: Apr 2004 Posts: 2,534	check /var/log/X11/xorg.log.0-------------check somewhere in there, may not be that exact directory/file, but X does keep a log file, open that and see what the end of it says might be /var/log/X11/xf86.log depends on what X server vector uses
