Default USB Headset - Teamspeak problem

I've got a logitech USB headset and it works fine on Teamspeak. It also works fine to play Counter Strike Source using Cedega....

BUT.......

I can't get them to work at the same time. If I open Teamspeak and join a server then I open Counter Strike it comes up with a message saying the sound device is in use and, after clicking OK, it opens the game up without any sound support.

I understand that the headset is being used by Teamspeak so when Counter Strike Source tries to take control of it there is a problem because it's already in use. I've read a lot about this and believe that I need to set up some kind of 'mixing' but I'm stuck on what to do to achieve this.

Any ideas or links would be much appreciated

I'm using Ubuntu BTW

Hmm. I am not sure, but that sounds right having the sound system mix the streams so it is like only one device. I am sorry that cannot help you.

Edit: I would try asking at http://linuxquestions.org
