UNIX Command Help

I am learning about UNIX in a college course and need some help with my homework. The problem is this, Run a command that would remind you to leave for lunch after one hour by displaying the message Time for Lunch! Show your command.

I can not figure what command I am supposed to run to be able to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

use the "at" command with "echo "Time for Lunch!"" as its argument
