Ubuntu LiveCD

I recently downloaded ubuntu 6.10, but i have been unable to create the liveCD. I got a rar. Which files do i put on the CD? does it have to be bootable from an iso image?

Yeah, you have to write the ISO image to a disc and it has to be bootable
