Default Ubuntu on a flash drive?

I have the latest version of Ubuntu Linux. I was just wondering if there was a way of putting it on a flash drive. I want to use it on my notebook, but i don't want to partition the HDD.

Why not jsut use the LiveCD Version then?

Yes it can be done there is a few tutorials out there.
