Edgy Eft sucks! All kinds of problems being reported. I'm going back to Dapper. I've had problems on my desktop and laptop with it.

Hmm, I need to hurry up and switch to Debian. I just need to know if I can get my precious Beryl going again. Seems like each Ubuntu update improves one thing and worsens two.
I'll stick with Dapper for now
