ma Newb Techie Join Date: Mar 2006 Posts: 23	sound problem HI, can anyone help me with sound? I have a notebook Gateway MX 3500 running Ubuntu, but I have no sound. My alsamixers are loaded and run. I can see that the file is being played, but I cannot hear a thing. Of course my volume is up. ( just in case)what do you think?
