Wine is a great program for running a lot (but not all) Windows programs under the Linux environment.

I haven't had any success with installing and playing games via Wine, but it can be done and I've heard it takes a lot of configuring. All I've tried is Cedega and used it to test out a couple games like Doom 3 and Call of Duty.

Doesn't Doom 3 run on Linux natively? I know ID software is big on multi-platform.
