Hey!

For a hard drive install of Red Hat 8.0, do the ISO images need to be extracted into folders? Or, does the install run directly off the images?

an iso image is an image ready to be burned onto a disk(cd-r) as is, so either install off the disk youve made using the iso image, or copy the files inside the iso onto a hard drive for a hard drive install---------I dont recommend this, it isnt for rookies
