If you get errors while installing the packages, you have a bad CD. You could either burn another one, or maybe the download was bad.

see the weird thing is this is the same cd i used before and it worked.

im guessing this compputre im trying to put it know is a k6 i looked to see if the hardware was able to use linux and it is. i had xandros on here but me trying to put debian on a 2nd hdd made the hdd go to 0101010100101001 more numbers. so i tried to reinstall slackeare i think linux hates me.
