Default RAM Cache Flushing?

I've searched around but I can't find an exact answer. My server (Running Fedora Core2) has 1024MB ram and eats up just about 90% of it within two weeks -- Info Center says that most of the RAM went into the Disk Cache; Is there any way to flush this cache?

Thanks.
