I don't think you could yet because you probably didn't finish setting up the user accounts for root and standard users yet.
But here's how to do it anyways, boot with CD1 or the DVD, choose Installation and go next until you see this screen
Just click the "Other" button on the bottom right and choose Repair installed system I believe or boot isntalled system I forget which one, but one of it should take you to another setup where you create your user and provide a root password and it should boot into SUSE, there you'll login as root, go to YaST>system>boot loader. On the top choose the Boot loader installation tab and change that location to the master boot record. You can do other things in there as well, like set the default OS to boot, click finish when your done and reboot. That should work.
