Boss-man is getting me to ask this question as he's a n00bi to linux. (and I know nothing about linux at stage)
He would like to know if there is any Open Sorce Virus Scanners for Mandrake or RedHat?

clamv is very nice! They were the first ones to have defintions for MyDoom (they called it something different though). There are both windows and *nix versions.
