I am looking for an open source tool to manage the images into different folders for online publication. In my scenario I have to manage around sixty different categories of images . So basically 60 different folder. Could anyone help me on this

You could probably write a BASH script to do this. Can you clarify exactly what you're trying to do? Put each image in its own folder?
