Default Open source download manager?

Hiya,

Iam just wondering what linux users use for downloading stuff [Shld support resume].
Iam using d4x and it really sux. The dnld speed is very slow compared to what I can get with firefox download manager.
Is there any good download manager[ with resume support] other than gwget and d4x?
